Processing Time
Each piece is produced after your order is placed. Processing typically takes 5–7 business days before dispatch. This time covers production, quality review, numbering, and packing.
Processing times may be longer during high-volume periods, new releases, or series launches. If a significant delay occurs, we will contact you.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
We offer the following shipping options within the United States:
- Standard delivery — 4–7 business days after dispatch. Tracked.
- Express delivery — 1–3 business days after dispatch. Tracked. Signature may be required. Additional cost applies at checkout.
Standard domestic shipping is included at no additional cost on qualifying orders.
International Shipping
Where international shipping is available, delivery times and costs vary by destination. Estimated delivery times are typically 7–21 business days after dispatch, depending on location and customs processing.
Duties and customs: International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are collected by the carrier or customs authority at the time of delivery.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Tracking
A tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout once your order has been dispatched. Allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.

Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders that are delayed, lost, returned, or delivered to an incorrect address due to inaccurate or incomplete information entered at checkout.
If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing your order, contact us immediately at support@thedeangeloseries.com. We cannot guarantee address changes after an order has entered production.
Delays
Shipping and delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guarantees. Delays may occur due to carrier capacity, weather events, public holidays, customs processing, high-volume periods, or other circumstances outside our control.
We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs authorities, or external events beyond our control.
Lost or Damaged in Transit
If your order appears lost or arrives damaged in transit, please contact us at support@thedeangeloseries.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date, with your order number and, where applicable, photos of the damage and packaging.
We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue. Outcomes may vary depending on the situation, carrier policy, and applicable law.
