Refund Policy

Each piece in The DeAngelo Series is made to order at the time of purchase and produced specifically for you. This website is operated by Tony DeAngelo, doing business as The DeAngelo Series. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

All Sales Are Final

Because all pieces are made to order, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds for:

  • Change of mind or buyer's remorse
  • Incorrect size selection
  • Incorrect color selection
  • Incorrect shipping address entered at checkout
  • Minor variations in color, texture, print placement, or garment dimensions that are within normal production tolerances

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your piece arrives damaged, materially defective, or significantly misprinted, please contact us at support@thedeangeloseries.com within 14 days of the delivery date.

Include the following in your message:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the damage or defect and the original packaging

We will review your claim and, if approved, may offer a replacement, reprint, or refund to the original payment method, at our discretion and depending on the situation and applicable law.

Wrong Item Received

If you receive a piece that is materially different from what you ordered (wrong garment, wrong artwork), contact us at support@thedeangeloseries.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photographs.

We will arrange a resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

Edition Card

Each piece ships with a signed, hand-numbered edition card. This card is part of the piece. Any eligible return or replacement requires the original edition card to be included and in good condition.

Refund Processing

Where a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Processing times depend on your payment provider and may take 5–10 business days to appear.
